Can you believe October is already winding down? Savor it this weekend with lots of fall activities, festivals, performances and fundraisers going on all over Fort Worth. If you’re looking for family fun, date night, or you just want to get out and enjoy this gorgeous weather, you may have a difficult time choosing what to do this weekend!
Fort Worth Zoo—Boo at the Zoo, 10am-5pm
Bring the whole family out to enjoy all sorts of Halloween themed exhibits, games, treats and activities this Friday through Sunday; most activities are included in the price of admission.
Oakwood Cemetery—9th Annual Saints and Sinner’s Tour, 1pm & 3:30pm
This daytime tour brings to life stories of the early residents and history of Fort Worth!
Casa Mañana—Snow White and the Prince
Another great, family friendly show will be performing until October 26!
Fort Worth Museum of Science and History—MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition
Does the bread always land butter side down? Everyone in the family is sure to learn a lot about the myths we have all grown up with! The exhibit will be open through January 4, 2015.

BRIT—Johnny Appleseed and the American Orchard, 6:30-9pm
Have a fun and educational date night brushing up on your knowledge of Johnny Appleseed with apple inspired cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Fort Worth Classic Guitar Society—Denis Azabagic, 7:30pm

Friday, October 24:
Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge—Preschool Discovery Club, 10:30-11:30am
Bring your preschooler (ages 3-5) by to learn about nocturnal animals.
Live Music at Central Market – Audio Cannon, 6-9pm
Stop by and enjoy some eats, drinks and live music on the patio to hear some country, rock, pop and blues!
Saturday, October 25:
Central Market—Annual Halloween Carnival, 1:30-4:30pm
The kids are bound to enjoy a scavenger hunt filled with tricks and treats!
Kimbell Art Museum—Family Festivals: Incredible Impressionists, 1-4pm
This free event provides fun for the whole family with art-making activities and live performances!
Ride For Kids, 8am-12pm
Enjoy a Saturday morning bike ride while supporting the Tarrant Area Food Bank!
Walk to End Alzheimer’s, 9am
Support a great cause, enjoy the fall weather and get a little exercise at Trinity Park! Registration opens at 7:30am
Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge—Natural Guard, 9am-12pm
Spend a little time this Saturday morning doing a little volunteer work to assist in bridge building, brush clearing and more.

If you prefer a hike, bring the family out to see what wildflowers, birds and animals we have here in the community, kids are only $2!
